TRC win contract for £1.4 million restoration - TRC have won the contract to provide window restoration for St James Homes, Old Westminster College. This is a £1.4 million contract and will include restoration of timber windows, restoration and replacement of old steel windows and new aluminium Schüco windows.

Acting as main contrator - TRC are acting as main contractor to the London borough of Enfield, carrying out brickwork, window repairs and facade cleaning and painting for Bowes Primary School. The contract period will be for 12 weeks at a value of £200k.

Social housing project, Hanworth House – TRC are supplying and installing approximately 800 timber tilt and turn windows for Hanworth House, a social housing project in Southwark. Hanworth consists of 150 units. This contract period is over 16 weeksws and is due for completion in November 2007.
 
Revamp for Shell Headquarters - TRC are currently restoring the 24 floor Shell Headquarters windows. The work will inlude painting, blind replacements and bomb proofing. This £800k contract is being carried out in phases over a 2 year period.

Edith Neville School
 
TRC Contract Services carried out the £350,000 window replacement and external renovation for London Borough of Camden. This included brickwork, roofing, electrical works in 2 phases during the school holidays.
 
 
The Railstore
 
TRC Contract Services designed, manufactured and installated the windows and lanterns of The Railstore for William Verry Ltd. The prestigious refurbishment of the heritage building in Romford, Essex, saw these two listed railway buildings converted into apartments.
 
 
 
St Joseph's School
 
TRC Contract Services were awarded the contract on this school extension by ACP architects. ACP chose aluminium clad windows as this range provided the flexibility required whilst being low maintenance, high security and excellent value for money. The contract included fully integrated doors, opening windos and screens and circular windows. A complex part of the project required TRC to design, create and install a modern entrance to the building with a curved display area.
 
 
 
The Phillimores
 
TRC were awarded the project to design,supply and install bespoke sliding sash windows for a high quality residential development known as the Phillimores in Kensignton. The client for this £1.4 million project was West City Wates, and project manager was Mace. The special accoustic windows had to match the existing windows, and the project required almost daily design meetings to in order to meet the extremely tight schedule laid out by the client.
 
 
 
Swindon Listed Buildings
 
Swindon Borough Council awarded TRC Contract Services the contract to carry out extensive window repairs to 350 of the City's grade-one listed terraced houses. Regular site meetings took place to ensure the £450,000 contract was successfully executed. The tender required specialist draft-proofing, repair and replacement of traditional sash windows, in keeping with the age and aesthetics of the Victorian properties, which the TRC Contract Services team accomplished over a period of two years.
