Julian Harrap Architects appointed TRC, on behalf of client London + Regional, for the overhaul and refurbishment of a single phase of suites at Cliveden Mansion in 2012. Following the success of the first phase the project has now escalated into a multiple-phased programme, anticipated to run until the end of Q1 2015. TRC will have overhauled over 300+ windows and 20 doors to the entire hotel estate.
Cliveden is a Grade 1 listed property owned by the National Trust and currently run by London + Regional Properties as a five star country hotel.
TRC to date have performed excellently on this job, within difficult time and programming restraints, often accommodating very short notice variations instructed by the client. At all times the high quality threshold for the completed work, as expected by the National Trust, Architect and Local Authority has been met.
JHA LLP would recommend this contractor for other similar work.
